The Spanish side of kombucha.

We are proud independent refresqueros artesanos. We make our drinks in an old winery in Mucientes, a little village near Valladolid, combining traditional fermentation with a modern, playful approach to flavour.

Our kombucha follows an approximately 21-day fermentation process and is made in small batches. The result: balanced acidity, a fine bubble and a proper burst of flavour.

Kampanera is made in Mucientes, Valladolid, inside a traditional winery. We kept the spirit of the place and added our own way of doing things: careful fermentation, small batches and recipes that refuse to be ordinary.

Why we do it

Because a soft drink can have a story.

We wanted something refreshing that felt less industrial and more alive.
